John was such a genuine person. My parents used to come up from Norfolk especially for appointments with him. He was more than a dentist to them. My dad (fellow bike enthusiast) always loved having a chat with him. It often made his day. Always a pleasure to talk to. Will be greatly missed and can only imagine the whole he has left behind. Thoughts are with his family. Look after yourselves.
