John Hewitt was introduced to me by a University friend in 1994 at a party he was hosting at his flat in Didsbury. We hit it off immediately and he became a lifelong friend. John introduced me to his brother Mikos and the two of them became and will always be the twin brothers I never had. Rest in peace Johnny 5 (Cinq) you will always be in my thoughts.
